Choose a shipping address ! Home, office or country place ! Shipping is a flat fee of $35 per order throughout Canada.
Please allow us 24 hours to process and prepare your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number. We then ship your order Fedex Overnight ensuring you will receive your order the following day anywhere in Canada. LeMaitre-D.com ships out deliveries Tuesday through Fridays only. Make sure someone is available to receive and sign for your order. If you have any special requests concerning delivery days please call 1-866-MAITRE-D or email us at LeMaitreD@gmail.com.
Due to the nature of the product and FedEx’s delivery schedules, we cannot deliver on Sunday or Monday. Weekday deliveries arrive by 10:30 a.m. to most Canadian Addresses (by noon or 4:30 p.m. to other areas)

Packaging Details
All our products are packaged to ensure maximum freshness and quality. Upon arrival place your goodies in the freezer. All meats are individually shrink-wrapped, then flash frozen to lock in all the natural juices and flavor. The food is packaged in an attractive gift box, nestled in a reusable polystyrene container with dry ice to ensure safe delivery. Finally, the container is placed in a heavy-duty corrugated box for an additional layer of protection. It's the best way to ensure that every order is delivered in perfect condition.
Please note: If there is any DRY ICE left in the box ?
DO NOT TOUCH IT ! LEAVE IT IN THE STYROFOAM CONTAINER !
If your order is delayed?
From time to time, circumstances beyond our control such as catastrophic weather, can disrupt Federal Express delivery schedule. I
t’s our experience that such delays are resolved in 24 hours or less. Every shipment is packaged to anticipate any such disruptions ensuring product integrity for 48 hours.
