All seafood, meat, fish and chicken products are individually vacuum sealed and flash frozen for your convenience, using a unique "sous vide" technology. Upon receipt of your order simply place the products in your freezer. When it comes time to cook, follow the defrosting and cooking methods provided and your product is ready to go!
